Training and Career Development

Training is required for every employee at AAIPharma, no matter what function he or she performs. Our training program is divided into several areas. Orientation training, designed to prepare a new employee to work at AAIPharma; job function training to ensure the employee has the needed skills to perform a particular job function or task; compliance training to assure compliance with governing regulatory agencies; and corporate training, which includes new company initiatives.
